Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Scottie’s sister, Clarice, and her school-aged daughter, Lauren, have fun making this recipe together. It is very easy and you can adapt it to your taste by using sauces and crunchy items of your choice and in any combination. On these hot summer days, this dessert is certainly a treat with the young and adults alike. Be sure to include the children as you make it.


Mayfield Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches (package of 16)
Caramel Sauce in a squeeze bottle
Mayfield whipping cream, prepared
Chocolate Sauce in a squeeze bottle
Your favorite “crunch”:
Toffee pieces
Chopped nuts
Mini chocolate or butterscotch chips or any other crunchy treat you like!






Place 12 sandwiches in an 8x12 dish and squeeze caramel sauce on top. Top with whipped cream. Squeeze caramel and chocolate sauce in designs of your choice on top. Sprinkle generously with your favorite “crunch” and enjoy!
