Kay's Butterscotch Cake

1 cup plain flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick melted butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 8 oz. tubs of Cool Whip
2 butterscotch instant puddings
3 cups Mayfield Whole Milk


Directions

First layer: 1 cup plain flour,1 cup pecans, 1 stick melted butter. Mix well and spread in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 10-15 min. Cool.

Second layer: 1 cup sugar, cream cheese, 1 tub of Cool Whip. Mix and spread on top of crust when cool.

Third layer: Mix both boxes of butterscotch pudding with 3 cups of Mayfield Milk. Mix this until thick and pour over second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
