Prepare brownie mix as directed and bake in 9x5x3" loaf pan. Cool. Place lengthwise on 12x3" strip of parchment paper. Beat egg whites and sugar till stiff peaks form. Place Mayfield Neapolitan ice cream on brownie loaf and spread meringue over ice cream and cake to seal well. Bake at 450° about 5 minutes with parchment paper underneath. Slide onto plate; remove paper. Slice and serve immediately.
