Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl

| Combine together and then add to dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter into a heated waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Cut each waffle into quarters. |

| Instructions: To make the sandwich, place one quarter waffle on a plate and top with one scoop of Mayfield vanilla bean ice cream. Drizzle with your choice of toppings and cover with a second waffle quarter and a dollop of real Mayfield whipped cream. Toppings to try: Fresh strawberries, peaches, blueberries or raspberries, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, toasted almonds or pecans and shaved coconut. |
